Warspect does not solicit or process sensitive personal data (health, racial origin, religious beliefs, political views, or biometric records). We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18.

3. Purposes of data processing

Personal data collected is processed strictly for the following legitimate purposes:

  • Inquiry fulfillment: Processing and answering project requests submitted through the Site.
  • Proposal drafting: Preparing technical benchmarks and economic estimates tailored to client requirements.
  • Contractual administration: Managing agreements, milestone deliverables, project deployment, and invoicing.
  • Warranty and support: Providing technical support during the 15-business-day bug warranty and 1-month complimentary maintenance window.

Warspect does not conduct unsolicited mass marketing campaigns nor sell client records to telemarketing brokers.

5. Storage, custody, and security safeguards

We prioritize security and confidential handling across all data points:

5.1 Storage infrastructure

Inquiries submitted via our web form are routed directly to Warspect's secure corporate inbox via FormSubmit (an encrypted SMTP/API gateway). Once received, communications are managed exclusively by Warspect's principal. Data is not stored in publicly accessible databases or unverified CRM platforms.

5.2 Security protocols

Pursuant to Supreme Decree N° 003-2013-JUS, we maintain appropriate technical and administrative safeguards:

  • 256-bit SSL/TLS transit encryption enforcing strict HTTPS across all Site traffic.
  • Mandatory multi-factor authentication (2FA) on all recipient email accounts.
  • Strict role-based access limited exclusively to Warspect's project lead.
  • Anti-spam honeypot traps to mitigate automated bot exploitation.

6. Data retention periods

Data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the relevant operational purpose:

  • Commercial inquiries not converted into contracts: Retained for a maximum period of twenty-four (24) months from the last communication, after which records are securely purged.
  • Executed service contracts: Retained for five (5) years following project handover, conforming to statutory civil and fiscal limitation periods under Peruvian law.

7. Third-party disclosure and data transfers

Warspect does not sell, lease, or trade personal data. Disclosures occur exclusively in the following limited situations:

  • Technical service processors: Infrastructure vendors necessary for message routing (FormSubmit) operating under strict data protection and confidentiality duties.
  • Statutory legal requirements: Official mandates issued by competent Peruvian judicial, tax, or administrative authorities (MINJUSDH, INDECOPI, SUNAT).

8. International cross-border data transfers

Given the international accessibility of the Site and our use of reliable cloud infrastructure for email and CDN delivery, technical cross-border transfers may occur. These transfers are executed under protective standards comparable to Peruvian Law N° 29733.

9. Data subject rights (ARCO rights)

Under Peruvian Law N° 29733, you are entitled to exercise your ARCO rights at any time:

How to exercise your rights

To submit an ARCO request, email hola@warspect.com specifying your full name, identity document (ID/Passport), and the specific right you wish to exercise. Warspect will reply within the statutory maximum of twenty (20) business days stipulated under Art. 22 of Law N° 29733.

10. Cookies and tracking technologies

Warspect practices minimal data capture. We do not utilize third-party behavior analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Hotjar) or retargeting pixels (Meta Pixel). Only essential technical cookies are utilized. For comprehensive details, review our Cookie Policy.

11. Protection of minors

Warspect's services are exclusively intended for individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If a parent or guardian discovers that a minor has submitted personal information, please contact hola@warspect.com for prompt erasure.

12. Regulatory authorities and complaints

If you consider that your personal data has not been processed in compliance with Peruvian Law N° 29733 or your ARCO request has not been satisfactorily addressed, you may lodge a complaint with:
